Real estate agents ‘Fast Track’ licensing course for existing salespersons

The educational requirements for Real Estate Agents consist of 19 units from the National Real Estate Training Package. The first seven of these units are delivered in the Salespersons Registration course and the remaining 12 units are delivered through our Real Estate Agents Licensing course

If you already have current professional experience as a salesperson you may be able to enrol in one of our FastTrack licensing courses. FastTrack courses consist of 6 units through online or classroom training over 3 days as well as 6 units by Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

Prerequisite – Sales registration

Prerequisite – 12 months’ experience

To enrol in this FastTrack course you must have been a practicing salesperson for 12 months in the last 24 months.
