Upgrade to Full License for Salespersons
Note: Upgrade courses are not currently available.
The educational requirements for Real Estate Agents consist of 19 units from the National Real Estate Training Package. The first 12 of these units are delivered in the Salespersons Registration course and the remaining 7 units are delivered through our Real Estate Agents Licensing course
Sales Registration Course (pre-requisite) – You must have completed the 12 units for the Real Estate Salesperson Course.
Prerequisite – 12 units completed

* Check your current qualifications with QLD Office of Fair Trading Licensing as CPPDSM Units are now exempt and CANNOT be recognized for Recognition of Prior Learning*
Training units
The Upgrade to Full Real Estate Agents Course consists of 7 units of competency from the Property Services Training Package: These 7 units are required for registration with the Office of Fair Trading. This course is the new training package (CPP41419) effective from October 1st 2021.
